A construction firm is seeking an Office Engineer I to represent the Los Angeles World Airport. This full-time, on-site role requires a technical background, relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing construction documentation, overseeing project inspections, and maintaining records. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience, preferably in airport projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A valid Driver’s License and compliance with PACIFIC’s Vehicle Policy.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the receipt, distribution, and maintenance of submittals.
• Perform construction contract correspondence and document control.
• Update and maintain logs for submittals and RFIs.

Connaissances

Technical/Construction background

Knowledge of design and construction contracting practices

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management
