Job summary

The Richland-Lexington Airport District is seeking a capable Supervisor to lead Terminal Support Technicians, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with airport policies. You will delegate tasks, monitor daily schedules, and assist with interviewing and training.

Strong communication, supervisory experience, and familiarity with MSDS and cleaning operations are essential. Weekend and holiday shifts, outdoor work, and security training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with teams.
• Familiarity with MSDS and safety labeling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Terminal Support staff and review work for quality.
• Schedule daily and monthly work assignments based on facility usage.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding and performance appraisals.
• Maintain MSDS records and enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate with airport groups, tenants and the public.
