RICHLAND-LEXINGTON AIRPORT DISTRICT is seeking a diligent janitorial worker to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across airport facilities, including floors, carpets, and restrooms. The role involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows, with additional duties around the Parking Garage and meeting rooms.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate ability to read safety SDS, chemical labels, and written instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read Safety Data Sheets and chemical labels.
• Able to read written instructions and understand cleaning labels.
• Good communication in person, by phone, or radio.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Airport facilities including floors, carpets, restrooms and surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, shampoo carpets, and manage trash in various areas.
• Clean and maintain the Parking Garage areas; power washing and debris removal as needed.
• Set up and tear down tables/ chairs for meetings and events; prep meeting rooms.
