Job summary

TYLin seeks a Program Director – Airport Terminals to lead the planning, design and delivery of major airport terminal programs. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams while acting as a trusted advisor to airport authorities, design partners, contractors, and executive stakeholders.

You will oversee terminal redevelopment, passenger facilities, landside interfaces and related infrastructure on multi-billion-dollar programs, with relocation to the Washington, DC metro area for top candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, planning or related field.
• 15+ years leading major aviation infrastructure programs.
• Experience directing multidisciplinary consultant teams and large capital programs.
• Proven ability to engage airport authorities, owners and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of major airport terminal design and redevelopment programs.
• Interface with airport owners, program teams, and stakeholders at the executive level.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, planners and specialists.
• Develop execution strategies for cost, schedule, quality and risk objectives.
• Provide governance, reporting and executive communications throughout program lifecycle.
• Mentor project managers and grow aviation practice leadership.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
