Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities on an airport terminal expansion project. The PM will manage safety, quality, schedule, costs, contracts, and subcontractors while coordinating with the EPC program team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction/CM/Engineering and extensive project management experience in construction, with strong communication, planning, and leadership skills. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and successful execution of projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and cost development with objective milestones.
• Coordinate client relationships and interface on proposal and project items.
• Review project reports including budgeting, cash flow, and status with management.
