Qualifications

• 10+ years of similar work experience is required.
• Knowledge of Design-Build and Progressive Design Build delivery methods.
• Experience with projects more than $50 million is preferred.
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.

Responsabilités

• Manage design evolution and review of deliverables.
• Participate in Design-Builder’s negotiations with regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate and prepare responses to Design-Builder’s requests for information.
• Manage the project closeout process.
