Job summary

Cordoba Corporation, a leading engineering and design firm in California, seeks an Aviation/Airport Terminal Construction Manager to lead on-site construction for a major airport program in Los Angeles. You will manage scope, cost, schedule, and interfaces, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards while coordinating with Design/Builder and LAWA Operations.

The role requires a strong track record on airport projects, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field required.
• 10+ years experience on airport projects preferred.
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor budgets and staffing to meet milestones and cost goals.
• Coordinate with Design/Builder, stakeholders and LAWA Operations.
