The candidate should have over 15 years of experience in managing intricate designs, preferably in aviation. A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.

The position is 100 percent onsite and offers a salary range of $150,000 to $170,000 per year, alongside comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in managing the design of large infrastructure improvements.
• Experience in managing complex aviation improvements is required.
• A licensed architect or engineer is highly desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-disciplined team for various airport capital improvement projects.
• Develop and present design alternatives to stakeholders.
• Review design submittals for compliance and provide feedback.
• Guide design teams through project constraints for optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate transitions as projects move through different phases.
• Ensure cohesive architectural statements across multiple projects.
