Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking an Infrastructure Capital Program – Sr. Construction Manager to lead major aviation infrastructure projects in the Los Angeles area. The role focuses on scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination for facilities and design-construction interfaces.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in facility assessments and airport projects, with strong PM and regulatory knowledge. Onsite work in Los Angeles with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• 15+ years of experience in facilities assessment and airport projects.
• Experience managing large aviation-related construction.
• Strong knowledge of codes, permitting, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Experience in facilities condition assessments and issuing task orders.
• Long-term planning and coordinating construction with airport departments.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, changes, QA on make-ready projects.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical systems and horizontal facilities with codes.
• Support close-out activities and project administration.
