Responsibilities

• Negotiate and prepare contracts between the City and lessees for Airport properties.
• Direct preparation of financial statements and reports on Airport properties.
• Develop asset mapping, feasibility assessments, and master planning for real estate development and cargo expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to develop preliminary development plans.
