Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiates and prepares leases and contracts for Airport properties.
• Manages financial reporting and property inventory databases.
• Develops asset maps, feasibility studies, and master plans for real estate development.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to draft development plans and presentations.
• Reviews financial reports and supports revenue generation initiatives.
• Directs procurement processes, RFQs, RFPs, and vendor management.
• Maintains project governance and ensures data integrity and milestones.
