Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Station Operations Coordinator in our Ground Handling Department. The role focuses on allocating daily staffing to flights and flight-related tasks, using staffing programs to forecast needs and generate reports. Strong decision-making and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

You will report to Station Management and support safe, on-time operations across all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Minimum 18 years and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or operations coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to allocate resources for day-of operations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in a safety-conscious environment.
• Allocate resources to enable the team to meet goals.
• Allocate resources in accordance with CBAs and local policies.
• Utilize staffing programs (Prime, GET, RNV, Sabre) to identify needs and provide reports.
• Understand policies and goals and implement them daily.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Maximize station performance by adapting to changes and solving problems.
• Perform other station coordination duties as required.
