Job summary

Vanderlande Logistics LLC is seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to support the O&M team at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The role handles payroll deadlines, attendance tracking, NDA reporting, PTO scheduling, and recruitment support for ~180 employees.

You will work with the Site Manager and corporate teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced airport environment. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Experience supporting operations, maintenance, logistics, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee schedules to meet contractual and operational requirements.
• Manage employee timesheets and timekeeping records.
• Track attendance and absenteeism; schedule PTO/PSL.
• Support recruiting activities, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
• Ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted on deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes; maintain training records.
