Job summary

Vanderlande Logistics is hiring an Office Administrator to support the O&M team at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The role focuses on payroll deadlines, attendance tracking, NDA reporting, PTO scheduling, and onboarding for ~180 employees.

Advantageous candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced airport setting. Comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in Business Administration, Office Administration, or HR.
• Minimum three years of administrative/clerical experience.
• Experience supporting operations, maintenance, or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee schedules and timekeeping records.
• Track attendance and absenteeism and manage PSL/PTO.
• Support recruitment activities and interview coordination.
• Ensure payroll data is accurate and submitted on schedule.
• Manage NDA reporting and employee training records.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and training documentation.
• Maintain records, notices, and KPI data for the site.
