Job summary

Element by Westin Nashville Airport is seeking an Airport Shuttle Driver and House-person to greet guests, drive them to and from Nashville International Airport, assist with luggage, and share information about local attractions. You will also help keep the property tidy and support various hotel operations to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires physical ability to lift 40-50 lbs, strong communication, and a guest‑first attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from Nashville International Airport.
• Assist guests with luggage and manage loading/unloading of hotel shuttle.
• Provide information about the hotel and local area to guests.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain curb appeal and keep parking lot area clean.
