Job summary

The Parking Spot is hiring a Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) for afternoon and evening shifts in California. The role involves safely transporting up to 15 passengers between TPS parking locations and the airport terminal, with a focus on friendly customer service and knowledge of airport terminals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with luggage.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers between the parking facility and the airport terminal.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and knowledge of facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to ensure high-quality service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
