Responsibilities

• Greet all guests professionally upon arrival.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Provide clear directions and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Proactively assist guests in need of transportation services.
• Safely transport passengers along designated routes with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Operate shuttle vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report safety concerns immediately.
• Record number of passengers and complete daily/shift reporting as required.
• Report accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly to management.
• Accurately track and record passenger counts and complete daily/shift reports.
• Maintain professional communication with guests, clients, and team members.
