Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Non CDL Shuttle Driver to transport guests from Charleston International Airport and surrounding areas. This role requires operating a shuttle with 10–15 passengers, maintaining safety, and delivering exceptional customer service on a night shift (11:00pm–7:00am).

The position includes a drive on public roads, adherence to DOT and company policies, and a background check. Responsibilities include greeting guests, loading luggage, providing directions, following

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles requiring coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and frequently enter/exit the vehicle.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Provide clear directions and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Proactively identify and assist guests in need of transportation services.
• Safely transport passengers along designated routes with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Ensure proper use of safety equipment (seat belts, emergency kits, fire extinguishers, etc.).
• Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS or dispatch instructions.
• Adjust routes based on traffic, weather, or operational needs.
• Communicate delays or changes to dispatch or management promptly.
• Meet delivery or transport schedules while maintaining safety.
• Ensure proper parking and security of vehicle when not in use.
• Operate shuttle vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times.
• Perform daily DOT vehicle inspections and report any safety concerns immediately.
• Report all accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly to management.
• Ensure full compliance with DOT, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure all required permits, licenses, and certifications are valid and up to date
• Accurately track and record passenger counts and complete required daily/shift reports.
• Maintain professional communication with guests, clients, and team members at all times.
