Responsibilities

• Safely transport team members between designated pick‑up and drop‑off locations according to schedules and procedures.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep shuttle clean, fueled, and presentation‑ready; ensure safety equipment is functional.
• Welcome riders warmly, assist with belongings, and coordinate with Security and Operations on routes and updates.
• Maintain trip records including mileage, delays, and passenger counts.
