Job summary

Fast Park & Relax in Austin, TX is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, friendly transport for travelers to and from the airport. You will operate clean vehicles, assist with luggage, and deliver excellent customer service.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam. Overnight and early-morning shifts offer competitive pay and tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with current address and clean record.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Experience with diverse populations and customer service.
• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously.
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in required DOT and company training.
• Report accidents or incidents immediately.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

• 10pm - 6am - $10.50 per hour plus tips for overnight shift
