This role offers on-site work, paid training, and a path to growth within the American Airlines Group. You will handle check‑in procedures, manage baggage duties, and assist travelers across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Assist customers while loading/unloading baggage.
• Load, unload and sort freight and baggage on the tarmac and in the terminal.
• Shift hours may vary, including weekends and holidays.
