Job summary

Salty's at the SEA -SeaTac Airport is seeking a friendly Server to deliver superior guest service in a fast-paced food and beverage setting. You will take and enter orders into the POS, serve food and drinks, greet guests, and help ensure accurate cash handling while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

This role requires the ability to read and understand orders, communicate with teammates, and comply with age verification for alcohol service.

Qualifications

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness certification.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and management.
Ability to focus on providing a superior guest experience in an enthusiastic and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Provides superior guest service by greeting guests and taking/serving orders.
Operates POS to enter orders and process payments accurately.
Communicates with kitchen/ bar staff to ensure timely, proper preparation and delivery of items.
Verifies guest ages for alcohol service and ensures compliance with policies.
Maintains clean dining areas, follows safety and hygiene standards.
Performs opening/closing side work and other duties as assigned.
