Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate information effectively.
• Must obtain alcohol awareness certification.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Demonstrate ability to interact with customers, coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly service using established standards.
• Explain and suggest menu offerings, products, and promotions.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders to guests.
• Process guest orders in sequence and coordinate with staff for timely delivery.
• Verify guest identification for alcohol service as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
