Job summary

First Meridian Services is seeking a Server to join our team at the airport location. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with accuracy and speed in a fast-paced setting. You will also handle payments and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while supporting the team during peak hours.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication. Part-time shifts are available, including weekends, with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Genuine interest in providing a positive guest experience.
• Ability to work well with others and support a positive work environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully complete required airport security and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, providing menus and answering initial questions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing concerns.
• Present and explain menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.
• Process guest payments, including cash and credit transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist with side work and restocking.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
