Job summary

First Meridian Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced airport setting. You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and help with food prep and restocking while maintaining cleanliness at the front of the store.

The role requires early or late shifts, weekend availability, and compliance with security/background checks. Growth opportunities and benefits are offered for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and ability to sell alcohol.
• Friendly, guest-focused demeanor and strong communication.
• Experience in fast-paced service and good math is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Process payments with POS system.
• Provide menu information and answer questions.
• Keep checkout area clean and stocked.
• Assist with food prep/restocking as needed.
• Address complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with team for smooth operations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
