Job summary

First Meridian Services is seeking a Server Assistant for the Southern Steak and Oyster to support front-of-house and back-of-house teams in a busy airport dining setting. Responsibilities include delivering food, assisting servers, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean, guest-focused dining area.

Open to 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and midnight. Starting pay is $14 per hour plus tips, with additional benefits for eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables in a timely manner.
• Assist servers with delivering beverages, condiments, and additional items as requested by guests.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure a clean, organized dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
