Job summary

On the Go is seeking a Server to provide warm, guest-centered hospitality at our MSP location. You will guide guests through menus, handle orders and payments, and work with the team to keep the dining floor running smoothly in a high-volume environment.

You will need 1–2 years of serving experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. TIPS and Serve Safe certifications are required within set timeframes after hire.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior serving experience.
• Fluent English (fully conversational).
• Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment and Serve Safe within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, memorable hospitality with every interaction following OTG steps of service.
• Guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm and dietary considerations.
• Anticipate guests' needs and maintain seamless floor operations.
• Handle orders, payments, and special requests accurately.
