Job summary

First Meridian Services, in partnership with Southern Steak and Oyster, seeks a Server Assistant to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations at an airport dining environment. You will deliver food, assist servers, clear tables, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to guests’ tables in a timely manner.
• Assist servers with beverages and items as requested.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
