Job summary

Aerostar Airport Holdings, LLC is seeking a security operations associate to monitor CCTV, access controls, and alarms to help safeguard airport facilities, employees, and visitors.

You will follow SOPs, coordinate with Aerostar Security Officers and contractors, and report incidents. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required; an Associates Degree and at least one year of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 1 year related experience or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security electronic systems, doors, fire alarms and cameras to prevent breaches.
• Maintain logs of incidents, service requests and emergencies.
• Prepare and provide incident reports upon request from authorized personnel.
• Coordinate with security personnel for access to secure areas.
• Communicate with law enforcement and other teams during emergencies.
• Execute other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
