Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Task Order Program Manager to lead on-site screening operations under TSA Gold+ at a designated airport. You will direct passenger checkpoint and baggage screening, manage the screening workforce, and ensure performance against TSA standards and throughput goals.

The role covers workforce training, SSA/STA readiness, and coordination with TSA and airport partners. Primary work location is on-site with significant travel and incident management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation security, airport operations, or security services.
• Ability to obtain TSA STA and suitability prior to start.
• Eligible for SSI access; SECRET level vetting if required.
• U.S. Citizenship to support TSA vetting.
• Willingness for 24/7 emergency response readiness.
• Five+ years of management or three years in certified STSO roles.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily checkpoint and baggage screening to TSA standards.
• Lead contracted screening workforce and training programs.
• Oversee equipment oversight and maintenance per TSA references.
• Coordinate with TSA, airport operator, and stakeholders on security requirements.
