Job summary

Leidos seeks a Task Order Program Manager to lead on-site screening operations at a designated airport under TSA Gold+ program, directing passenger checkpoint and baggage screening, workforce, and equipment oversight. Role ensures compliance with TSA standards and performs stakeholder coordination.

The candidate will manage TSOs and staff, deliver training, perform continuous improvement, and maintain security posture per regulatory requirements while operating on-site at the airport facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation security, airport operations, personnel security screening services, equipment/technology management, or contract management.
• Ability to obtain TSA STA and suitability before starting work.
• US citizenship for TSA vetting processes.
• Availability for 24/7 emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily passenger checkpoint and baggage screening according to TSA SOPs and standards.
• Lead contracted screening workforce and manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and surge staffing.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, installation, and regulatory compliance for security systems.
• Coordinate with TSA, airport operator, carriers, and agency partners to ensure program success.
