Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Task Order Program Manager to serve as the on-site screening operations lead for a TSA Gold+ airport program. You will direct passenger checkpoint and baggage screening, oversee the workforce, and ensure compliance with TSA detection standards, throughput, and passenger experience.

Responsibilities include managing training, certifications, STA/suitability, and coordinating with TSA and airport partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation security, airport operations, or related screening services.
• Ability to obtain TSA STA and suitability determinations.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain SSI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily passenger checkpoint and checked baggage screening per TSA SOPs and standards.
• Lead the contracted screening workforce (TSOs and site staff) and manage training, onboarding, and surge staffing.
• Oversee technology and equipment safety, maintenance, and compliance with TSA requirements.
• Coordinate with TSA, airport operator, carriers, CBP, and law enforcement; deliver program reports and manage transition activities.
