Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Task Order Program Manager (TO PM) to lead on-site passenger checkpoint and baggage screening operations at a TSA Gold+ airport, directing the workforce and ensuring compliance with TSA detection standards and 49 U.S.C. 44920.

You will coordinate staffing, training, and performance metrics, manage security posture, and liaise with airport operator, TSA, and customers while delivering required reports and maintaining readiness for inspections.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in aviation security or airport operations and contract management.
• Ability to obtain TSA STA and suitability prior to starting work.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain SSI clearance for access as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily checkpoint and baggage screening operations to meet TSA standards.
• Sustain workforce proficiency and manage recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Oversee throughput, wait times, and security posture with NTAS/IROPS considerations.
• Lead training, certification, and compliance with TSA requirements.
• Coordinate with TSA, CBP, airport operator, and others; deliver reports and manage transition activities.
