Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Task Order Program Manager to serve as the on-site screening operations lead for a TSA Gold+ airport project. You will direct passenger checkpoint and checked baggage screening, lead the contracted screening workforce, and ensure performance against TSA detection standards and throughput targets.

The role covers workforce management, training, certification, and security compliance, and involves coordinating with the airport operator and federal partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation security, airport operations, or contract management.
• Ability to obtain TSA STA and suitability determinations.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to access SSI if required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily passenger checkpoint and baggage screening per TSA SOPs and 49 U.S.C. 44920.
• Sustain workforce screening proficiency and balance throughput and wait times.
• Lead the contracted TSOs, LTSOs, STSOs, and training staff with scheduling and surge staffing.
• Ensure compliance with TSA directives and manage incident and COOP processes.
