Job summary

Menzies Aviation LATAM in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Operations and Training Coordinator to ensure safety, security, and environmental policies are followed at the station. You will maintain and update manuals, coordinate training activities, and ensure regulatory compliance for the facility.

The role requires excellent English communication, a valid U.S. driver\'s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months experience working at an airport with an airline or as an Operations Agent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and FBI background investigation.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repetitively and work in varying weather conditions.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Prior Ramp experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate updates to manuals, procedures, and compliance for operational personnel.
• Identify and report deficiencies affecting safety, security, or station operations.
• Coordinate with HR and station leadership to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate operational training activities.
• Prepare and maintain reports and compliance documents weekly.
• Ensure full implementation and adherence to safety, security and environmental policies throughout the station.
• Enforce company policies and procedures with regulatory expectations.
