Job summary

Menzies Aviation LATAM is seeking a dedicated professional to support safety, security, and environmental stewardship across our TX operations. You will serve as a liaison among stations, support teams, and leadership, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate system data.

You will train station staff, monitor safety KPIs, and coordinate audits while upholding our commitment to a safe, compliant work environment. Strong communication and auditing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing change and delivering benefits through new programs.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with new technology, services, and priorities.
• Excellent organizational, planning and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between stations, surveillance technology customer service provider, and technical support team.
• Ensure users, stations, vehicles, and product information are updated in the system.
• Provide training on the system for station staff, including initial and refresher training.
• Monitor Driver Safety Program KPIs, coaching standards, and coaching quality.
• Review and coordinate audit schedules and present reports to leadership.
