Job summary

You will act as a primary liaison, update system data, train staff and monitor safety KPIs while supporting leadership and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between stations, customer service and technical support teams.
• Update system data for users, stations, vehicles and products.
• Provide system training for station staff, including refreshers.
• Serve as main contact for station leadership and be on-call when needed.
• Monitor Driver Safety Program KPIs and coaching quality.
• Review events for potential dismissal and handle dismissal requests.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and improvements.
• Conduct audits and coordinate audit schedules.
• Prepare and present reports to various audiences.
• Support Program Manager initiatives and other duties as assigned.
