Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Richmond International Airport facility. You will lead a warehouse team to efficiently receive, store, and distribute goods, while ensuring safety and compliance across operations.

You will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, and implement process improvements to maintain smooth cargo handling services in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Previous experience in warehouse supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, handling, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff and ensure team performance.
• Ensure safety compliance and safe working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or excess.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of goods and organize storage.
• Manage shipping documents and liaise with internal/external partners.
• Train new employees on procedures and safety.
• Conduct inventory audits and participate in stocktaking.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and drive process improvements.
