Qualifications

• Combination of education and professional experience must exceed 4 years.
• Experience managing stock operations or inventory management teams in retail environments.
• A bachelor’s degree can count for 2 of the 4-year requirement.
• Knowledge of retail inventory management systems and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock operations including receiving, inventory control, and merchandise flow to maximize sales.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to maintain stock levels across locations and resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor KPIs such as inbound throughput, labor efficiency, and reconciliations; manage returns and contingency plans.
• Develop and implement stock procedures; train and coach stock team; administer corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, FDA, and other regulatory requirements; maintain records and audits.
