Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or supply chain is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, reporting, VLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with inventory control, loss prevention, and retail operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk across warehouses and retail locations.
• OSHA safety training and material handling certification preferred.
• Analytical skills to interpret inventory reports and identify discrepancies.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass an FAA Federal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other inventory management systems; ensure real-time stock visibility.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories; reconcile variances.
• Inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality; process returns for overstock, defective, or expired items.
• Assist in placing replenishment orders based on sales trends and reorder points; monitor stock levels.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrink and report loss patterns.
• Support analysis of inventory KPIs and prepare reports for management review.
• Partner with warehouse, merchandising, and store teams to ensure planogram execution and timely replenishment.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for inventory handling.
• Assist with inventory optimization initiatives, stock rotation, and product organization.
