Job summary

Dufry is seeking a Retail Stock Hourly Manager at Los Angeles International Airport to oversee stock operations during shifts, ensuring efficient inventory handling and safe working conditions. The role supports continuous stock operations with a customer-focused approach.

The position requires experience in stock/warehouse operations, knowledge of inventory systems, and strong leadership to coach team members and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in stock/warehouse operations preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in stock operations or inventory management.
• Understanding of safety regulations and asset protection in retail/warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervises stock associates during shifts for receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
• Ensures proper opening/closing procedures and safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinates inbound freight, reports shortages/overages/damages with documentation.
• Assigns tasks and provides coaching to maintain proper stocking procedures.
• Manages stock replenishment for airport operations.
• Oversees returns, damaged goods, and vendor credits with proper documentation.
