The Stock Hourly Manager at DFW International Airport supervises stock operations and ensures accurate receiving, stocking, and inventory control to support store performance.

This non-exempt role requires 3+ years in stock or warehouse operations, strong leadership, and ability to coach teams while maintaining safety and asset protection standards across shift work, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in stock or warehouse ops.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises stock associates during shifts for receiving and inventory control.
• Ensures safety procedures and asset protection compliance.
• Coordinates inbound freight, counts, and reporting shortages.
• Coaches and trains staff on stocking procedures.
• Maintains stock levels for replenishment and out-of-stock prioritization.
• Manages returns, damaged goods, and vendor credits.
