Job summary

3Sixty Duty Free & More is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its Fort Lauderdale airport location. The role oversees all aspects of the branch, including personnel, sales, cash and inventory management, store maintenance and replenishment.

You will partner with the General Manager to meet sales targets and build strong, productive teams. The ideal candidate brings multi-unit retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of optimizing store operations in

Qualifications

Minimum 5-8 years of multi-unit retail management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Understanding of cash and inventory control, shrink management, and store operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the airport branch including personnel, sales, cash and inventory management.
Lead the team to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve sales goals.
Manage daily operations, stockroom oversight and visual merchandising.
Monitor transaction procedures, reconciliation, reporting, and internal controls.
Develop policies to increase sales, reduce costs, and maintain service standards.
Foster cohesive store teams and provide ongoing performance coaching.
