Job summary

Paradies Lagardere is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and ensure First Class Service for customers. You will partner with the General Manager to implement policies across zones, terminals, or support areas and uphold brand standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of leadership experience in merchandising, service, or operations, with a proven ability to manage schedules, coaching, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years of leadership in merchandising, the service industry and/or operations environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a 7/365 day team oriented environment; occasional travel as business dictates.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively using English.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, mathematics, cash handling/reporting; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records Check, Paradies Background Check, and the applicable Department of Transportation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide First Class Service to every customer and uphold company policies.
• Ensure store merchandising standards are executed per guidelines.
• Assist General Manager to implement organizational policies and goals, while holding the team accountable.
• Influence and make recommendations to help achieve performance objectives in sales, expenses, inventory control, and payroll.
• Train, motivate, and develop a professional team to achieve sales goals and participate in events; build relationships with airport management and brand partners.
