Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Store Manager in the Tampa area to lead a dynamic retail team in an airport concession environment. You will ensure brand standards, coach staff, and drive guest satisfaction and sales performance.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication in English, and the ability to manage merchandise, schedules, and operations in a fast-paced setting. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a passion for guests is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of leadership in merchandising, the service industry and/or operations environment.
• Strong guest service mindset and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience supervising teams, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store merchandising standards are consistently executed per company guidelines.
• Lead and develop a professional team to achieve sales goals while monitoring performance metrics.
• Build relationships with airport management, brand partners, and internal teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Investigate guest issues and resolve with timely actions and escalation as needed.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and HR related duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
