Job summary

SSP America is hiring Servers at our Milwaukee Airport locations to deliver friendly, accurate service and assist guests throughout their visit. You will input orders, prep items, and help maintain a clean dining area.

The ideal candidate has 6 months in retail or food service, strong English communication, and basic cash-handling skills. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Verbal and written communication in English required.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English to communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and offer suggestions regarding food, beverages, and services of the facility.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system.
• Prepare dishes for service, including ladling soup, tossing salads, and brewing coffee.
• Observe guests to anticipate needs and respond to requests.
• Clear all dishes away from table.
• Balance and reconcile all assigned open and closed checks by totaling bills and taking payments.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the end of each course.
• Other duties as assigned.
