Job summary

SSP America is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager at San Jose Mineta International Airport. This role leads front and back of house, ensures food quality and safety, and manages costs in a fast-paced airport setting.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in full-service restaurant management, proficiency with MS Office and POS, plus strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management in a full-service restaurant w/bar.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems; strong organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills; able to work with executives and diverse teams; conflict resolution.
• Bilingual Spanish highly desired.
• HS diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred.
