Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Must obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion.
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable; practical exp. considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service through leadership and development of associates and by managing daily restaurant operations to optimize profits.
• Monitor and adjust team performance and operating systems to ensure smooth service.
• Investigate and resolve guest issues with a resolution within 24 hours; convert dissatisfied guests to return guests.
• Drive top-line sales and profitability while maintaining food quality and presentation standards.
