You will drive sales, manage operations and inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service across flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to identify improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of retail management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Strong understanding of customer service, retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to support sales growth, manage operational priorities, and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a 24/7 airport environment.
