Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 4+ years of restaurant management experience in a General Manager role.
• Culinary background is desirable; strong MS Office and POS proficiency.
• Ability to interact with executives, union reps, and diverse staff.
